Refund Policy
Customers may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the monthly subscription fee under specific conditions:
- If any of the services outlined in the contract were not fulfilled according to agreed-upon terms.
- If a 30-day notice of cancellation was provided after the initial 3-month contract term, yet the client was charged due to error (eligible for a full refund).
Customers may request a refund up to 30 days from when they believe a service wasn’t fulfilled. If Recovery Health Media Inc. made a mistaken charge following a 30-day prior notice of cancellation, there is no time limit for a refund request.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your company name, reason for the refund, and the requested refund amount. Eligible refunds are processed within 3 business days.
Service Delivery Policy
Recovery Health Media Inc. operates on 30-day billing cycles and provides the following services:
- Meta Advertising
- Google PPC Advertising
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
For Meta and Google PPC advertising, allow up to 7 business days for campaign setup after signing the agreement and receiving the first month’s management fee. SEO services begin the next business day following the agreement signing and first payment.
Service Format
All services are delivered online via Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, or through clients’ websites and Google Business profiles (for SEO).

Recovery Health Media serves clients across the United States.
Return and Exchange Policy
All advertising content, including images, copy, and targeting parameters, is reviewed and approved by the client before going live. Clients can request unlimited revisions before the campaign launches.
Revisions and Modifications
Revisions can be requested at the time of content review. Any additional changes requested within 24 hours after final approval will also be honored before going live.
Cancellation Policy
All services require a minimum 3-month commitment. After this initial term, customers may cancel with 30 days’ written notice, sent to [email protected]. The cancellation takes effect 30 calendar days from the date of the written notice.
